Transparent pricing, no co-pays, no unexpected costs.  Period​.  Our membership model allows us to focus on our patients and meet them where they are.  Literally, we could meet you at your job or connect over the phone, if that is what is necessary.  You have access to our physician 24/7, and we keep our schedule open for possible urgent matters that require same-day or next-day appointments.

Hint Clinical Electronic Medical Record  provides an easy to use patient portal access. With the patient portal you can manage  membership for yourself and your dependents, update payment information, and pay invoices, as well as schedule appointments.  For secure communication, we use a separate portal called Spruce which you can access below.

You can easily schedule acute visits, annual physicals, new patient meet & greet visits, and telehealth appointments through our online direct scheduling system.  Please call  us at 207-200-5897 for urgent sick visits so we can ensure you receive the care you need.

We want to make it easy for you to communicate with us about your personal health needs.  We have partnered with Spruce Health to provide HIPAA compliant secure messaging and video telehealth to our patients. 

You will have access to your physician when you need him.  We understand the unpredictability of your needs. We appreciate the frustration of explaining your situation to a random on-call provider.  When you need us for an urgent matter after hours, you just call a direct phone number and your doctor will answer the phone. For non-urgent matters, we only ask that you wait until office hours or send us a message.
